The trick is not to ask for a perfect email. It is to ask for a good first draft in your voice and spend your thirty seconds on the lines that matter.
Write the three or four facts the email must contain, in rough bullets. Include who it is to and what you want them to do.
Say what you sound like: warm and short, formal, plain-spoken. Paste one of your own old emails and say: write like this.
The first and last lines are where the reader decides whether you are a real person. Change them to something only you would say.
Write a reply to the message below. Points to include: [point 1], [point 2]. Tone: warm and brief, like my example. End with one clear question. [paste message and your example]
Check names, dates and promises. The AI does not know what you agreed on the phone.
